Happy New Year!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner downtown @ Mama Mia's Trattoria on New Year's Eve. Sunny was a hit at the restaurant, and she loved all the attention.
Sunny is absolutely enchanted with the beautiful music box that Great Grandpa and Sandra chose for her. She wants to pull Pooh right off his rocking horse as it rotates, but we only let her enjoy the music. Thank you - what a sweet idea. She'll look forward to seeing it during the holidays every year. Her 1st Christmas ornament, Rudolph, is high on our tree.
Sunny's swimming lessons start in a couple weeks - very exciting for me and her.
We were dressed in our Duck duds to watch the Rose Bowl game with Grandma & Grandpa, Nauntie, Popo, and Max's cousin Kip. Sadly, we lost. But Sunny got to wear her new sock-shoes from Auntie Courtney and Uncle Jeff. The socks, with their tiny roses, were perfect. And Max, who went down to the Rose Bowl with Daddo, ran into Jeff's family (also down for the game) at a restaurant. What a small world!
Story time in the fort with Grandpa. Sunny loves her kitty book, since there's a pop-up or movement on every page.
