Sunny had a blast with
Nauntie at Oaks Park - her first amusement park rides included the carousel,
ferris wheel, and a kiddie train.
At our neighborhood's National Night Out picnic, we joined the "parade" of kids and pets. It was a short, to-the-swings-and-back affair. The kids loved it. Sunny's Duck wagon was one of the only floats. Thanks, Daddy! (Just wait till science fair...) Next year we expect more floats, riding toys, and an "answer" to our Duck Float from the Beaver Believers.

lovin' on Uncle Scott and the local fire truck that joined us for the picnic.
The Happy Hiker rides again.
It was a true adventure to reach the secret waterfall that
Nauntie found for us! There was some back roads zigzagging, some dirt road attacking, some vertical trail "skiing," and then a freezing dip in the clear waters of the pool.
Playing at George Rogers Park on the banks of the Willamette River in Lake
Oswego. Great, free fun - it's one of Sunny's favorite places now.

Ha, ha! This shot totally reminds me of the former in its blurred, improbable subject matter.

"This is Air Traffic Control. You are clear for flyby."
Sunny signs "more!" after climbing the slide stairs (with me hovering behind her) and riding down the big slide on my lap.

Sunny helps with another home & garden project - this time Daddy's digging holes in the driveway for the footings of a new covered carport. Good thing she was willing to stand in that hole to check its depth.
