November fun

" Nose-nose" during a tasty breakfast at St Honore in Lake Oswego. We were out and about early, enjoying the crisp fall morning!

We told Sunny that Jack Frost was here, painting the leaves with ice. She examined the leaves carefully, appreciating each work of art.

More costume dance party fun in the kitchen...
Sunny loves her kitties so much, and when Sun-Kitty is willing to come close, she's over the moon with joy.

Buddies.

Flying south to meet Grandma and Grandpa for the UO - Stanford game...Nauntie and Sean flew with us, and Corinne and Daddo took the train.

At dinner, Sunny and Sean's nephew Walden bonded fast.

Exploring the Stanford campus...

Grandpa was proud to show us around his alma mater.

The tailgaiting crew (Daddo and Max aren't shown) before the UO-Stanford game.

Sunny stayed up through the whole game, getting really snuggly and tired (but not fussy) at the very end. Pretty great, for the girl who announced, "Mama, I'm all done with the football game" 10 minutes into the first quarter.

The Ducks dominated the Cardinal all game. Sunny loved the dancing Christmas tree (Cardinal mascot) best. Grandpa has to wear Ducks gear to our next Oregon v Stanford match (good bet, Max!).

Playing at Papa and Omi's while Max and I enjoyed a date.

Grandma brought a fun gingerbread house deco kit - it was a great activity for Sunny and me while the family cooked Thanksgiving dinner. Sunny loved pulling our Christmas tree around Al's - we picked it up on Black Friday.

Zoolights - good times!

The butterfly was one of Sunny's favorites, for the 2nd year running. I think her top pick was the "running Simba" near the lion exhibit.

"Daddy, Grandma, Mama! The store is open!"

Sunny set up her toys to "go to the movies" and watched the Circle of Life scene from the Lion King on my phone.

First story time in her playhouse...the windows are since framed, and going in soon.
